RESTORE CREDIBILITY TO USADSA BY BRINGING IN NEW LEADERSHIP FOR OUR FUTURE GENERATION

I am Matthew Eby and would like my petition to be approved by the Board My teammates and I have been watching in dismay as this Board under the leadership of Ken Noll and Mark Sorokin continue to embarrass our organization in the eyes of the world. The Australia team is perplexed that the Board is treating our coach who took both men and women to unpresidented success at the Deaflympics like a villain. I know for a fact he only has the best interests of this organization in his heart and refuses to stand by and watch the leaders of this organization dictate every decision for their own personal ego's instead of the good of the players. They cannot convince anyone they have the best interests of the players in mind because their actions regarding the Women’s team is a disgrace. They refuse to allow an equal number of women players on the Board yet tell the Women’s team they care about them. The way this Board is conducting business. They have a vendetta against coach Ken McDonald and that is all they seem to worry about. What have they done in the last 6 months to benefit the organization? How much money in sponsorships have they brought in with their so-called new Tax ID number. Have any of them tested it yet?These are the people we are expecting to take this organization forward but they still do nothing just like they did in the previous term. Ask Ken Noll to show you his achievements in his last term. He couldn't even find uniforms for the teams for Taiwan. Coach Ken and myself had to spend months begging companies to help, while the Board did nothing. Plus the total lack of urgency to get a Tax ID sorted out before Taiwan so players could get better financial help. This cannot happen again. My petition asks for the appointment of two women players to be given voting positions on the current Board, The resignations of Ken Noll and Mark Sorokin from the Board because of their lack of leadership skills and for Coach McDonald to be given the original contract promised by Ken Noll before he went back on his word. I would then be honored to run for President and give the power back to the members.Thank you for your time.
